The IMTEC Liver LIA provides for qualitative screening and complete differential diagnosis by detection of autoantibodies specific for autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) and primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC).
Next to Liver LIA HUMAN also offers ELISA for the quantitive determination of AMA-M2, Sp100 and LKM-1 antibodies.
